Return & Refund Policy

1. The 30-day window

You may return an eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

2. What qualifies

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and free of odours, stains, pet hair or damage;
• In its original packaging with any tags still attached;
• Free of personalization — see section 4.

3. "I didn't want that club"

Mystery FC sells surprise selections. You choose the size, type and optionally the league; we choose the specific jersey. Receiving a club you did not want is not, on its own, a defect — that is the nature of the product, and it is disclosed before purchase.

That said, the 30-day return window in section 1 applies regardless of your reason. If you simply do not like the jersey you received, you may still return it under this policy; you are responsible for return shipping. If you told us at checkout to avoid a specific club and we sent it anyway, that is our error and we cover the return in full.

4. What we cannot accept

• Personalized items. Jerseys with a name, number or patches applied at your request are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or the personalization is wrong.
• Items returned after 30 days.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned without prior authorisation from our support team.

5. How to start a return

1. Email support@mysteryfc.com with your order number and what you would like to do.
2. We will reply with a return authorisation and the address to send to. Do not ship anything back before you have this — unauthorised returns cannot be tracked to your order and may not be refundable.
3. Ship the item back. We recommend a tracked service; we cannot refund an item that never arrives.

6. Return shipping costs

• You pay return shipping for a change of mind, a sizing issue, or not liking the jersey you received.
• We pay return shipping when the item is defective, incorrect, or does not match the preferences you set at checkout.

Original shipping charges are not refundable except where the fault is ours.

7. Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. How quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer, and is outside our control.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still do not see it, contact your bank first, then email us.

8. Exchanges

Because every order is a surprise selection, we do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

9. Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If an item arrives defective, incorrect, or is missing from your bag, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you, including shipping.

10. Lost or seized packages

If your package is lost in transit or seized by customs, we will resend your order at no additional cost, subject to proof of purchase. This does not apply to orders where an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout — in that case, contact both the carrier and our support team and we will help where we can.

11. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the return process above applies.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law, including the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
