We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms, including the additional policies referenced here — our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction in using the Service.

2. General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content, not including payment card information, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements. Payment card information is always encrypted in transit.

3. Products and surprise selection

(a) Surprise selection

Our products are sold as surprise selections. At checkout you choose your bundle size, jersey type, size and optional league preference, and our team selects the specific jersey from current inventory. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree that the specific jersey design, club or country you receive is selected by us, and that this is the nature of the product you are purchasing.

(b) Not a game of chance

Every order includes merchandise with a retail value equal to or greater than the purchase price paid. The element of surprise relates solely to which jersey you receive, never to whether you receive full value. Nothing on this site constitutes a contest, sweepstakes, raffle or game of any kind, and no order involves any drawing, entry or selection event.

(c) Product authenticity

We sell authentic-style stitched kits. These are not licensed club merchandise, and Mystery FC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any football club, league or federation. Any club names or competition names on this site are used descriptively to indicate the style of merchandise available.

(d) Product display

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Images shown are representative of the types of merchandise available and do not represent the specific item included in any order.

(e) Limits

We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. Any offer for any product is void where prohibited.

4. Pricing and billing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to update it promptly so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are packed and dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and are affected by carrier performance and customs processing outside our control.

If your package is lost in transit or seized by customs, see our Return & Refund Policy. That guarantee does not cover orders placed with an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.

We do not charge taxes or duties at checkout. If your country assesses import fees, you are responsible for them.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material here is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but have no obligation to update any information.

8. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site containing typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content and do not warrant their materials. Complaints regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.

10. Prohibited uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any regulations, rules or laws; to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, defame, intimidate or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; for any obscene purpose; or to interfere with the security features of the site.

11. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

In no case shall Mystery FC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any product, even if advised of their possibility. Where such exclusions are not permitted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mystery FC and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed. That determination does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

14. Termination

The obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination of this agreement. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. If we judge that you have failed to comply with any term, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms and any policies posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements. Any ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.

16. Governing law
